Welcome To Hummer Creek Apartments

Hummer Creek Apartments are located in a heavily wooded well-established area of Downers Grove, a mile east of the downtown, on Fairview Avenue. We are across the street from a large Community Park and just two short blocks to a wide variety of fast food restaurants, convenience shopping and a Burlington Metra Station.

Our apartment community provides privacy in that we offer only nine one-bedroom apartments and a small professional office suite.

Our buildings are constantly undergoing new improvements, some of the recent projects that have been completed include:

• Construction of pitched asphalt roof systems to replace the original flat roofs
• Replacement of existing wood windows with Aluminum framed insulated glass windows
