The Hummer Creek Apartments are conveniently located a mile east of downtown Downers Grove on Fairview Avenue with a two block walk to the nearest Metra Train Station and convenience shopping.

Our property consists of 2 buildings with a total of nine one-bedroom apartments. Most of the apartments are three rooms - Living Room, Bedroom and Kitchen with the living rooms large enough to accommodate multi function on one end. We have seen "Office in Home", Daybeds or Dinning room tables in this end of the room with the remaining two-thirds of the room used for couch / TV's. Kitchens are large enough to accommodate small tables or have built in peninsulas with stools. Each apartment is provided with a private entrance
